The "STUURBREVET" is a theoretical and practical course . This certificate is needed to sail a motorboat who can reach 20km/h and/or bigger as 15m in lenght in Belgian or Dutch inner waterways. The theoretical course is given only in Dutch; the practical course is also given in English and French.
